This is achieved by utilizing the hydraulic pressure gener- ated by the hydraulic pump which is driven by the engine. The power steering offers the following ad- vantages:- • Reduces steering effort and driver fatigue • Provides precise steering control. • Absorbs steering shocks, hydraulically preventing them from being transmitted to the steering wheel. • Provides absolute control and greater safety, quickly & effortlessly in demanding emergencies like sudden tyre failures or vehicle pull due to malfunctioning brakes.
