GEAR BOX 6450 32 3.4 GEAR BOX ASSEMBLY ON BENCH PROCEDURE: 1. Clean all the dis-assembly parts to be reuse for assembly and arrange the new O-rings and gasket set for assembly. 2. Follow the below procedure for the assembly of rear housing. A. Assemble counter shaft cylindrical roller bearing in rear half housing by using tool (Part No: 5403 5890 26 07) B. Assemble main shaft cylindrical roller bearing in rear half housing by using proper tool (Part No: 5403 5809 26 09). C. Fit the Bearing retainer plates of main shaft and counter shaft. D. Assemble the spacer and shaft of reverse idler gear matched with it slot. E. Insert the needle cage bearing with reverse gear. F. Proper align the locator piece with the reverse gear hexagonal bolt and tighten the bolt.
