GEAR BOX 43 COUNTER SHAFT DISMANTLING 1. Hold the counter shaft vertically such that over drive constant mesh gear is upward. 2. Pull out the taper roller bearing inner race with the help of puller (Part No. 2654 5890 26 04). 3. Reverse the shaft upside down. 4. Pull out the inner race of taper roller bearing with the help of same puller (Part No. 2654 5890 26 04) which is used above. 5. Remove the spacer and take out the circlip. 6. Press out the constant mesh 3 rd & 4th gear using a hydraulic press with the help of proper support.
