ENGINE 93 6. Assemble both intake and exhaust camshaft to their respective places by matching the timing marks on both the gears. ! CAUTION Care should be taken such that the Camshafts should not come in contact with the liquid gasket. 7. Apply LOCTITE 518- ANAEROBIC liquid gasket on bearing frame. ! CAUTION Care should be take that this liquid gasket should not spill on the camshaft bearing area. 8. Now carefully assemble the bearing frame on cylinder head. 9. Slightly tighten all the mounting bolts of bearing frame and assemble the camshaft oil seal using the drift (Part no. 2653 5890 06 03) . 10.Tighten all the mounting bolts of the bearing frame to a specified torque and sequence as shown.
