BODY 68 9.2.35 PLENUM COVER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the negative terminal of battery. 2. Pry out the plenum center grill and disconnect the washer pipe at grill end 3. Remove both side wiper arm and blade assembly. (R efer wiper arm and blade assembly removal process in Electrical section) 4. Remove bonnet seal. 5. Loosen and remove four mounting screws (1) and carefully remove five twist locks (2)as shown below. 6. Take out the plenum assembly. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. 9.2.36 STONE GUARD REMOVAL 1. Apply the handbrake and chocks on the wheels. 2. Loosen and remove all the mounting bolts and remove the stone guard from the bottom side of the vehicle. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. 9.2.37 FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER REMOVAL 1. Tilt the front wheel or remove the front wheel for better access to the inner wheel arc. 2. Remove the plastic nut (1)(2 Nos.) clips (2)(4 Nos) and one mounting screw(3) then take out the front mud guard
