SUPPLEMENTARY RESTRAINT SYSTEM (SRS) 15 SRS LOCATION Front impact sensor is mounted on the radiator sup- port assembly and can be accessed after opening the bonnet from the engine compartment. CONNECTOR PINOUTS PIN NO. PIN DESCRIPTION 1 FEED 2 RETURN SUPPLY VOLTAGE LEVEL Minimum 5.25 V Nominal 6.20 V Maximum 16.5 V B. ON VEHICLE REPAIR !! WARNING  The system has back-up power for about 30 sec- onds after the battery is disconnected. Wait for at least ONE minute after disconnecting the battery before servicing the vehicle to prevent accidental deployment and personal injury. REMOVAL 1. Open the bonnet. 2. Remove the battery connections. 3. Disconnect the electrical connection (1) from the front impact sensor. 4. Loosen and remove the mounting flange bolt (2) and take out the front impact sensor from the ve- hicle. FITMENT For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
