ELECTRICAL 241 ELECTRICAL R15 Front fog lamp Mini F4 Relay – Changeover with Resistor Black R16 Glow plug 2 Mini F4 Relay – Changeover with Resistor Black REMOVAL: 1.Disconnect the negative terminal of battery. 2.Remove the cover of MDU by unlocking its 3 locking clips. 3.Disconnect the electrical connection of wiring harness from BDU to MDU by removing its nuts. 4.Pry out the fuse box assembly from its bottom cover. 5.Disconnect all connections 6.Take out fuse box base. 7.Remove three mounting screws of cover to remove the bottom cover. REFITMENT: 1.Fit the bottom cover by tightening its three mounting screws. 2.Connect all connection of fuse box. 3.Press fit the fuse box base into the bottom cover. 4.Connect the wiring harness from BDU to MDU by tightening the nut. 5.Fit the cover of fuse box. 6.Connect the negative terminal of battery. FUSE AND RELAY REPLACEMNET: 1.Remove the cover of the fuse box. 2.Take out the fuse or relay from its base. 3.Check the Fuse/relay. 4.If faulty replace with same ratting of fuse and relay.
