HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 67 C. CRADLE FITMENT NOTES STEP 1  Locate motor, inverter and gearbox assy on cradle assy; use loctite-243 thread locker and hand tight all 5 bolts.  HEX FL SCREW M8X40 TS17130-8.8- SS8451-8C, - 3 Nos.  HEX FL SCREW M8X25 TS17130 8.8 SS8451-8C, - 2 Nos. STEP 2  Locate bracket assembly RH side motor mount with non-drive end assembly faces of motor, inverter and gearbox assembly and with cradle assembly.  Locate & hand tight all 4 bolts and the 2 vertical bolts.  HEX BOLT M10X1.25X45 TS17100 8.8SS8451-8C, - 6 Nos.  WASHER A10.5 IS5370 ST SS8457S1-S-B, - 4 Nos.  SPRING WASHER B10 IS3063 SS8400, - 4 Nos.  Apply recommended torque to the two vertical bolts and then to the 4 bolts (2) in diagonally opposite fashion. STEP 3  First mount dc-dc converter and then onboard charger unit on bracket assy charger + converter mtg.  HEX FL SCR M6X14 TS170708.8-SS8451S2- Y - 4 Nos. Apply specified torque.
