using a press machine
PAN HARD ROD BUSH REMOVAL
1. Place the PHR on the support (1) and push it
out using a drift (2) in press machine
24. INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF
DAMPER BOTTOM BUSH
Installation of Damper Bottom Bush
Place the guide bush (1) and fix the bush damper
on it.
Place the bush on the damper eye ring.
Place the drift (3) with spacer (2) above the bush
and press using a press machine
Removal of Damper Bottom Bush
Place the guide bush (1) and fix the bush damper
on it.
Place the drift (3) on the damper bush.
Push the bush using a drift and press machine out
of the damper eye ring.
