15. INSTALLATION
OF
SUBFRAME
ASSEMBLY
Follow the Reverse Procedure of removal of sub
frame assembly.
Sub frame to be aligned to BIW with help of
Sub frame Fixture RH / LH 541258903101.
Locating holes are available in sub frame &
BIW at rear.
For tightening sub frame bolts, 6 point hex
head socket is recommend. Don’t use 12
point hex socket.
NOTE:
Do not reuse subframe mounting bolt. It is only for
one time use.
Do not reuse the lower ball joint to knuckle
mounting bolt & LCA front pivot bolt.
Use Torx hex socket for tightening of LCA front
pivot bolt.
16. LCA REAR HYDRA-BUSH INSTALLATION
1. Place the bracket on the press table and
place the bush on the top.
2. Press the bush until it fits completely into the
bracket.
