of excess lubricant in

the splines of the clutch

disc and transmission

input shaft.

Worn or damaged splines

in the clutch disc.

Replace

the

transmission input shaft.

Properly lubricate the

bushings clutch disc

splines. If necessary,

replace the clutch disc

NOISE IN A SPECIFIC GEAR

While driving, a noise is heard in a specific gear from the transmission area. The noise abates when shifted to

a different gear.
