21. In locked position assemble the balancer
mass to shaft matching the locating pin.
22. Assemble the thrust washer to bed plate and
lock using mounting screws.
23. Insert the pin and mount the crankshaft gear.
24. Insert the locating pin and assemble the
balancer shaft gear matching the punch dots
on the crankshaft gear.
25. Lock the balancer gear using a mounting bolt.
26. Remove the mass balancer locking bolt from
the bed plate.
27. Remove the flywheel locking bolt and check
for two complete free crankshaft rotations.
