viii. REMOVAL OF OIL SUMP

1. Remove mounting bolts on the oil sump and

remove the oil sump.

2. Scrape out sealant on oil sump.

3. Remove mounting bolts and take out the oil

sump separator.

4. Remove top and bottom mounting bolts and

take out the oil strainer.

ix. REMOVAL OF CYLINDER BLOCK SUB-

ASSEMBLIES

1. Remove crankshaft position sensor.

2. Remove mounting bolts and take out oil

pump.

NOTE

Seal and Gasket not to be reused.

Bolts not to be reused.

3. Remove mounting bolts the crankshaft oil seal

cover.

Seal and Gasket not to be reused.
