11.6.9 SERVICING OF CONDENSER
REMOVAL:
1.
Remove the front bumper and splash guard –
Refer removal and refitment of front bumper)
2.
Remove the condenser radiator assembly
from the assembly front end module in vehicle
( refer the engine cooling system )
3.
Loosen and remove the condenser from the
radiator assembly.
REFITMENT:
1.
Tighten the condenser to the radiator
assembly.
2.
Fix the condenser radiator assembly to the
front end module (Refer the Engine cooling
System).
3.
Refit the front bumper and splash guard –
Refer removal and refitment of front bumper
CONDENSER CATRIDGE:
REMOVAL:
1.
Remove filter cap with O ring with 14 mm
Allen key by hand.
2. Push middle snap 2 to remove plastic frame
from condenser.
3. Pull out desiccant bag from the receiver dye
4. Insert new desiccant bag in the receiver dryer.
