ASSEMBLY
1. Fix the door to the vehicle after tightening the
two mounting bolts and connect the electrical
connections.
2. Fix the outer handle gasket.
3. Fix the outer Handel bracket from inside and
tighten its fasteners.
4. Exactly seat the door handle over its bracket
and push it towards the arrow direction so
that it seats over the unlock linkage
mechanism inside.
5. Place the door lock unit and its screws in
clockwise direction so that the door lock unit
gets fixed and cover it with plastic grommet
6. Fix the door latch using the three screws and
connect its two linkages to the door handle
and lock unit.
7. Tighten the bell crank lever and fix the
linkage of latch to it.
8. Place the window regulator in the door and
tighten it.
9. Place the front door glass mould over the
glass guide channel.
10. Position and fix movement of glass and in
case if not so remove the glass and refix the
front door glass mould.
11. Fix the outer door belt and tighten its screws.
12. Connect the wiring harness snaps and fix the
latch and window actuator connections.
13. Fix the three screws of door pull inner to the
door trim.
14. Fix the door trim assembly to the door and
tighten its screw to the bottom.
15. Press fit the door pull outer.
16. Fix the linkages to the door release lever and
fix it over door trim, tighten its screws.
17. Connect the window winding switch
connector and fix it over the door pull outer.
18. Mount the OVRMS using three screws and
fix the cover plate and rubber boot over it.
