4.1.2.2 MAINTENANCE
A. TRANSAXLE OIL REPLACEMENT
1. Loosen the Drain plug (1); and drain the oil.
2. Replace the Drain plug (1), after allowing the
oil drain out completely.
3. Loosen and remove the filler plug (1), and fill
the Gear box oil.

TRANSAXLE FROM VEHICLE
REMOVAL OF TRANSAXLE FROM VEHICLE
1.
Mount the vehicle on a two post lift.
2. Disconnect the electrical connections.
3. Remove battery from vehicle.
4. Remove battery tray.
5. Remove wheel mounting bolts from both sides.
6. Remove both the wheels.
7. Remove both side steering knuckle
connections.
8. Remove Lower arms from both sides.
9. Remove splash guard.
10. Remove anti roll bar link from both sides.
11. Remove Drain plug.
12. Drain the Transaxle oil.
13. Remove both drive shafts.
