17.
The precondition for “Clutch circuit Bleeding” routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is OFF
d.
Press brake during routine

Perform “Clutch circuit Bleeding” routine in service Tool.
23.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
24.
Now turn on Ignition and crank the engine and ensure that engine is running.
25.
Ensure that following precondition “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is running in idle.
26.
Perform “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine through service Tool
27.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
28.
Switch on Ignition, Clear DTC and Check DTC if any.

Routine Procedure for Clutch Sensor replacement
1.
The precondition for “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is OFF
d.
Press brake during routine
2.
Perform “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine in service Tool.
3.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec.(Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec)
4.
Refer guidelines by Transmission to replace and fitment clutch Sensor on the vehicle.
5.
After fitment, now ensure that Ignition is ON and engine is OFF.
6.
Perform “Reset data - after Clutch components replacement” routine in service Tool.
7.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
8.
The precondition for “Clutch circuit Bleeding” routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is OFF
d.
Press brake during routine
9.
Perform “Clutch circuit Bleeding” routine in service Tool.
10.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
