Engine is running in idle.

Perform “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine through service Tool
22.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).

Switch on IGN, Clear DTC and Check the DTC if any.
6.3
Routine Procedure for Actuation system replacement
1.
The precondition for “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is OFF
d.
Press brake during routine
2.
Perform “Hydraulic Circuit Depressurization” routine in service Tool.
3.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec.(Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
4.
Refer guidelines by Transmission to replace and fitment of new actuation system on the vehicle.
5.
After fitment, turn ON Ignition and keep engine OFF.
6.
The precondition for “Grid Self Tuning” routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is OFF
7.
Perform “Grid self-tuning” through service Tool.
8.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec)
9.
Turn On the Ignition. Then crank the engine and ensure that engine is running.
10.
Ensure that following precondition “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine as are as below:
a.
Ignition ON
b.
Gear box in Neutral
c.
Engine is running in idle.
11.
Perform “Clutch kiss point self-tuning“ routine through service Tool
12.
After the above routine, ensure power latch of 30 sec (Ignition should be OFF for 30 sec).
13.
Switch on IGN, Clear DTC and Check DTC if any.
