1.4.14. REAR DOOR

REMOVAL

1. Remove the “B” pillar trim.

(For procedure refer

“B” pillar trim removal process.)

2. Remove electrical connection of door wiring

harness.

3. Remove the check strap.

NOTE

Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it.

Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB

Regreasing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km within.

Open the front door, support the rear door from

below and remove Hinge locking clip between

the hinges and lift off the door .and four

mounting bolt from door side.

5. Slowly pull out the door and pull out the wiring

harness carefully which was disconnected

earlier.

FITMENT

For fitment follow the reverse procedure of

removal.
