STEERING ANGLE INITIALIZATION AND END STOP LEARN
Steering angle initialization and end stop learn can only be done after calibration. This operation is required to
be done one time during EOL if the steering system components have no changes. However, the initialization
of steering angle shall be carried out every time whenever
battery disconnected and connected again
