1. Storage temperature (-40

2. Avoid free fall of the sensor.

3. The sensor tip should not be scratched.

4. Sensor should not be exposed to strong

magnetic field.

5. Tightening torque : 8 ± 2 Nm.

VI. VACUUM MODULATOR OR ELECTRONIC

VACUUM REGULATING VALVE (EVRV)

The EVRV is an electro pneumatic solenoid

switch, which is controlled more precisely by the

EMS ECU based on the engine speed, Coolant

temperature and Accelerator pedal position etc.

EVRV provides variable vacuum levels to drive

EGR.
