Many times, we have come across situations where an opportunity of repairing wiring harness comes up, but due to non-availability of wiring harness tools and consumables, Channel Partners were constrained to replace complete wiring harnesses to resolve a complaint even for single wire / connector damage. This in turn is leading to high cost of repairs and customer dissatisfaction, especially in post warranty cases. Keeping these in mind, TATA MOTORS is proud to introduce first of its kind in India Wiring Harness Repair Kit. This kit will enable our Channel Partners in performing quality Wiring Harness Repair using state-of-art repair tool kit thereby reducing vehicle down time & reducing the cost of repairs to the end Customer. This in turn will increase Customer Satisfaction and help in workshop productivity. To provide detailed work instructions during wiring harness repair, we are presenting this unique Wiring Harness Repair Manual to channel partners. This manual has detailed work instructions coupled with illustrations, photos that will enable the L-2 Technician to perform the repairs easily. Manual also contains notes on safety precautions, scope of repair, photos of applicable connectors, charts mentioning the part numbers of tools, consumables as well as its terminals.
