Please don’t try to bend the primary lock removal tool tip when it is inserted in the cavity otherwise tool might break. Only straight insertion of the tool and gentle pull of wire from the back will serve the purpose. You can notice that the Primary lock removal tool tip cross section is not exactly square in shape, by observing it carefully you can notice that it is rectangular in shape. So, while inserting the tool in the primary lock cavity in the connector please ensure the free flow of the tip, which will save you from the application of the extra effort and possibility of tool damage.
