After completion of the repair, if secondary lock resists in going inside the lock cavity, it indicates that some of the terminal has not been seated properly in their primary lock cavity. Exaggerated view of the cavity is shown here for better understanding. You can see that the primary lock removal tool has been inserted straight in the upper cavity. Please avoid applying any extra effort, otherwise tool might get damaged. Wire comes out much easily once tool is inserted straight.
