Here, please note that the secondary lock needs to be taken out completely since it is completely covering the terminal and its locking mechanism. Once, secondary lock is completely removed, locking mechanism becomes completely visible. Two plastics lances are holding the terminal, we need to lift up the plastic lances gently and take out the terminal lead out softly. While placing back the new pre-terminated lead please ensure that the plastic lances are good in shape and holding the terminal properly then only fitment of secondary lock is advised. Also, never apply extra forces while inserting in the secondary lock otherwise it will damage the locking mechanism permanently.
