WIRING HARNESS REPAIR MANUAL 26 The visible white plastic part of the connector in the above picture is the secondary lock, which needs to be taken out by little bit lifting up and pulling it out slightly with the help of secondary lock removal tool. The complete removal of the secondary lock can be carried out when tool is inserted from the top through the given cavity and sliding it out. Once, secondary lock is taken out process for terminal removal from the cavity might be initiated by inserting the primary lock removal tool (as specified in the picture- 4) gently and taking the wire out softly. The reverse process to be followed while placing back the terminals in place after proper replacement/rectification. CONNECTORS UNDER SCOPE OF REPAIR-UV
