M. Fuel Rail Removal :
1. Remove the engine cover.
2. Loosen and remove 3 fasteners and take out
the stuffer assembly with foam.
3. Disconnect fuel rail sensor connector from
fuel rail.
4. Disconnect glow plug connection.
5. Disconnect injector electrical connection from
injector.
6. Loosen and remove EMS wiring harness
mounting screw.
7. Remove HP pipes connected between the
common rail and injectors.
NOTE
After opening the HP pipes cover the
opening with suitable caps.
Do not reuse the HP pipes once removed,
use new at the time of assembly
.
8. Loosen and remove nut of fuel pressure line
from common rail and the bolt for removing
the bracket holding the pipe.
