Sequence for Cylinder Head bolt tightening during engine assembly :

A. Step 1 : Tighten to 3 kgm in the sequence as marked.

Step 2 : Tighten to 5 kgm in the same sequence as marked.

Step 3 : Tighten to 6.5 kgm in the same sequence as marked.

B. Alternatively all screws to be machine tightened simultaneously as per each step shown above.

2. **It is recommended to replace the cylinder head gasket whenever the cylinder head is removed

from cylinder block.
