60. For 4X4 Tighten the lock nut by using tool
(Part Number: 5403 5890 26 13) with the
tightening torque of 22 Kg-m and lock by
bending lock washer leaf.
NOTE:
Before tightening the lock nut of gear box make
sure double locking is done (reverse gear and
second gear need to be engage by pushing dogs
forward as shown in fig) for locking of main shaft.
61. Place the oil seal of top cover assembly.
62. Place the gasket over the top cover parting
surface. Assembly the top cover on the
gearbox.
NOTE:
Top cover is to be assemble in neutral position
and all shifter shafts and top cover shifter finger
should
be
in
neutral
position.
