2.1.5.4 MAINTENANCE

2.1.5.4.1 ON VEHICLE REPAIRS:

A. RECOVRY BOTTEL REMOVAL

1. Remove the spring band clamp (1) pull out the

hose (2) from coolant bottle end and drain the

coolant in the bottle.

NOTE

Plug the opening with suitable cap.

2. Loosen and remove two mounting bolts and take

out the coolant recovery bottle from vehicle.

FITMENT:

For fitment follow the reverse order of removal.

B. RADIATOR REMOVAL

1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant tank.

(For procedure refer “Coolant replacement” in

Engine maintenance section)

WARNING

Don’t open the cap when it is hot.

2. Disconnect the radiator top hose UCL to radiator

at radiator end

3. Remove the bottom hose UCL to thermostat

at the radiator end.
