7. Condenser Fan :
The function of the Condenser Fan is to cool the
Refrigerant inside the Condenser Core.
1. Remove the Bumper assy.
2. Remove the Front grills.
3. Remove the 4 bolts w/washer on the shroud
assy to the Condenser core. Fig. 33
4. Take out the Shroud Fan and replace with new
one.
5. Follow the reverse steps for the Assy of the
Shroud Assy on the Condenser Core.
6. Fit back the Bumper assy and grills.
8. Compressor Clutch :

1. Discharge the system refrigerant.
2. Remove the Bolt Flange on the rotor.
3. Remove the Hub.
4. Carefully remove the shims.
5. Remove the ring snap
6. Remove the Rotor.
7. Remove the Second Ring Snap
8. Remove the Stator.
9. Replace the defected one with new one.
10. Follow the reverse steps for assembly.
11. Check the Clutch operation before fitment of the
assy.
12. Re-Charge the system.
