Insert selector shaft from bottom through selector

lever aligning rollers with its splines. Then pass it

through selector & shifter finger and ensure that

notch at end is facing towards detent. (To be fitted

afterwards). Fig. 115

Align hole of selector shaft and selector & shifter finger.

Fit spiral pin.

Locating swing lever betweenunder cut of reverse shifter

shaft and shifter shaft Reverse/5th.

Ensure that notch

on the lever is at the top and towards reverse

shifter shaft.

Fit circlip to pin, if removed earlier. Insert pin through

bearing block and swing lever.

Fit Reverse Idler gear shaft assembly in the housing

such that reverse gear collar is at top. Ref Fig. 116

Tighten hex screw along with bright washer and spring

washer to hold Reverse Idler shaft in the housing -
