FRONT AXLE - 4

Torque the inner locknut to 68 Nm. using spanner

Rotate hub, then back off inner locknut 90 degrees

maximum and assemble lock washer by turning inner

locknut to the nearest hole in lock washer.

Install outer locknut and torque 203-305 Nm.

Final bearing adjustment to have 0.00 to 0.10 mm

total end play.

Maximum torque to rotate the hub is 2.3 Nm (When

end play is 0.00)

Install axle shaft in the spindle.

Reassemble assembly outer brake.

Install washer and Reassemble the snap ring to the

axle shaft.

Reassemble the hub - lock assembly

Note :

Refer hub lock installation and removal

procedure.

Screw in the allen screws and tighten to specified

torque.
