Cause and Remedies
This feature provides the rectification methods to faults identified by the ECU. This will help the
technician to solved problem quickly.
Select any DTC from the list and click on Causes and Remedies button to view the remedial
measures. Then below screen will appear.
This section provides the following information for each identified DTC by the ECU
1.
Causes
:Different possible reasons for fault to occur
2.
Check points:
Primary checks to identify the exact problem in order to fix the problem
3.
Corrective Actions:
Fixing mechanisms for identified check point
Click on Button “Back” in the below screen to go back to main list.
Feedback
The DTCs related or vehicle problem related feedback can be provided to Diagnostic Support Team.
Just click on the Feedback button available on the DTC preview screen.
The feedback can be submitted against particular DTC or only symptoms can be provided.
After submitting the feedback the data will be collected automatically whenever the user connects
the PC/Laptop to the internet.
