3. Connect the hose connections & electrical con-
nector.
4. Fit the engine cover.
! CAUTION
Care should be taken to connect the ports of the
solenoid valve to their respective hoses. Any inter-
changing of the hose connection will lead to
malfunctioning of the EGR system.

18. GUIDELINES FOR PERFORMING IN SER-
VICE FUNCTIONAL RESET FOR VARIOUS
SENSORS:
EMS performs learning of belowmentioned sensors
and actuators at regular intervals to ensure efficient
functionality. In case of replacement of these sen-
sors or if any activity is conducted as indicated in
the table below, sensor learning needs to be reset.
Procedure as indicated in diagnostic tool explains
the process to be followed
