REAR SHELF

Removal

1. Pull the strip (located behind the rear seat) up to

unfold the seat. (Repeat same procedure for other

side).

Installation

1. Align rear shelf and tighten six bolts.

2. Push back the seat to its normal position.

2. Remove the wing nuts and take out rear shelf.

Installation

1. Align the tailgate on body and tighten four mounting

bolts to specified torque.

TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR TAILGATE BOLTS

= 1 Kg-m

NOTE :

Proper handling is required while aligning the tailgate.

2. Fit rear shelf. (Refer rear shelf installation

procedure)

TAILGATE

1. Remove rear shelf. (Refer rear shelf removal

procedure)

2. Remove four mounting bolts securing tail gate

assembly to the body and take out the tail gate

assembly. (Each two bolts are located on either

side of tailgate).
