ENGINE BLOCK OVERHAUL
Dismantling Cylinder Block Sub-Assemblies
NOTE
Cylinder head is already removed .
•
Remove the engine ‘A’ mount bracket.
•
Remove the engine ‘B’ mount.
•
Remove the damper pulley by unscrewing the
central mounting bolt and remove the timing belt.
•
Remove the RPM sensor.
•
Remove the timing gear.
