ENGINE 273 MPFI
•
Take out cylinder head cover from cylinder head.
•
Lock the Flywheel using TDC Lock Pin (Part No. :
2834 5890 06 14) and Cam Shaft using TDC Lock
Plate (Part No. : 2834 5890 06 20 )
•
Remove reed valve and dowel carefully.
•
Remove the front timing Cover by unscrewing the
hexagonal mounting bolts.
•
Loosen themountingbolt of tensioner roller and rotate
the belt tensioner using allen key (if reqd.) to release
the belt tension & Remove the timing belt.
