Screw both rear and front block core plugs with
the help of allen key.
ASSEMBLY

SUB- ASSEMBLIES
•
Mount the cylinder block on the overhaul stand.
•
Screw the oil drain tube on crank case with the
help of ring spanner.
•
Install themain bearing halves on themain bearing
caps.
•
Install thrust washer on the second bearing (middle)
cap.
