PRESSURE SWITCH

Removal

1. Recover the refrigerant using Refrigerant

Recovery Unit (RRU) (Refer Refrigerant

Recovery, Recycling and Recharging procedure)

2. Loosen the hexagonal nut and take out pressure

switch.

Installation

1. Tighten the hexagonal nut and fit pressure switch.

2. Recharge the system using RRU. (Refer

Refrigerant Recovery, Recycling and Recharging

procedure)

KINEMATICS

Removal

1. Remove HVAC unit. (Refer HVAC unit removal

procedure)

2. Remove bowden cable fixing clips (As shown

above).

3. Disengage the HVAC control cables and remove

the Kinematics from HVAC unit.

Installation

1. Install kinematics (press fit type).

2. Engage HVAC control cables and fix clips.

3. Install HVAC unit. (Refer HVAC unit installation

procedure)
