Balancer shaft end play (2nd brg.) : 0.07-0.25 mm

•

Mount the water and pump housing (assembly) on

engine block & tighten the hexagonal mounting

bolts with specified torque.

•

Apply

SEALANT LOCTITE 5182

red colour on

water and oil pump assembly gasket area to ensure

leak proof joint.

Gasket eliminator anaerobic product cures in the

absence of air.

Clean parts for best results.

Apply continous bead to one surface. Assemble

parts as normal.

Any excess can be wiped away with a cloth.

Store bottle upright at room temperature in a cool,

dry place away from direct sunlight.

Air space is required to keep contents in the bottle

in liquid state.

CAUTION

•

Measure & note down axial play (thrust) of

crankshaft and balancer shaft using dial gauge and

ensure that it is within permissible limit.

Crank shaft end play : 0.06 mm
