1) Loose/ Damaged Connections or Intermittent fault.

2) Sensor supply line Short circuit to Battery/ Ground.

3) Sensor Signal line Short circuit to Battery/ Sensor Supply/Ground.

4) Check the continuity from sensor connector pins to the ECU pins. (CNG rail pressure sensor ECU pin 225)

5) Check for back out of pins at both Sensor connector and ECU connector.

6) Check for damage of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector.

7) Faulty Rail Pressure sensor.

8) Faulty ECU.

4) Check the continuity from injector connector pins to the ECU pins.(ECU pin 224-Injector 1 Pin; ECU pin 212- Injector 2 pin). 12 volts

should come at the remaining individual pins of the injectors.

5) Check for back out of pins at both Sensor connector and ECU connector.

6) Check for damage of pins at both sensor connector and ECU connector.

7) Faulty INJ.
