Soft loosen the VCT and exhaust camshaft sprocket before removal of timing chain 8. Lock the tensioner by using locking pin and remove the tensioner. SPECIAL TOOL Pin-Timing chain tensioner plunger locking – 5424 5890 06 04 9. Remove the movable guide rail.
