1.2L REVOTRON ENGINE 105 For fitment follow the reverse order of removal. NOTE Place the chain over VCT, exhaust sprocket and crankshaft sprocket in such a way that the 3 copper color links of chain matches with the dimple marks of all the 3 sprockets respectively TIMING CORRECTION / ADJUSTING PROCEDURE 1. Rotate camshaft to face upward direction. 2. Tighten damper bolt and rotate crankshaft to adjust the marking at bottom most position. NOTE Ensure the flywheel is not locked. 3. Rotate both camshafts to align. Ensure the direction of the arrows opposite to each other 4. Now place the chain over on both VCT’s in such a way that the 3 copper color links of chain matches with the dimple marks of all the 3 sprockets respectively as shown.
