ELECTRICAL 40 CHUD SWITCH OPERATION 1. HUD Switch: a. Short press – Short press of this switch will change Themes on CHUD display. b. Long press – - Long press for more than 1.5 sec CHUD must ON or OFF & Combiner glass must Open or Close respectively. 2. UP switch: a. Short press – - Short press will activate Height adjustment. - Combiner angle will be adjusted to move display UP / DOWN based on short press of UP or DOWN buttons. b. Long press – - Long press will activate Brightness adjustment. - Once user entered in Brightness adjustment, user can use UP / DOWN buttons short press to adjust setting to Maximum / Minimum. 3. DOWN switch: a. Short press – - Short press will adjust Brightness or Height setting (whichever setting is currently active), to its minimum limit. Height adjustment: (To activate this setting – short press UP/DOWN button) 1. The limits are -10 to +10. 2. With UP button short press, display must move UP. 3. With DOWN button short press display must move DOWN. Brightness adjustment: (To activate this setting – Long press UP button for 5 sec) 1. The Limits are 0 to +20. 2. With UP button short press brightness must increase. 3. With DOWN button short press brightness must decrease.
