HV ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 61 NOTE • Always use compressor vibration dampers Do’s and Don'ts • Use only recommended refrigerant (R134a) and correct charge quantity (490 gms) in the AC system • Use only recommended lubricating oil for AC compressor (POE RL68H oil) • Ensure HV and LV connections of PTC heater are properly connected • Don’t remove connections of PTC heater when it is working • Always check coolant level in BCS tank • Avoid coolant leakage in BCS system • Do not change routing of coolant hoses. If hose get pinch then coolant flow will be restricted leading to battery over heat. F. BATTERY COOLING PUMP REMOVAL NOTE: Drain the coolant. (Refer BCS Coolant draining procedure). 1. Open the bonnet of the vehicle. 2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 3. Loosen and Remove the LH side Mud liner. 4. Remove Electrical Connection of pump. 5. Remove the Inlet & outlet hoses connected to the cooling pump. 6. Remove the mounting bolt of cooling pump & take it out. Fitment Follow reverse procedure for assembly.
