Loosen and remove the mounting 4 nuts and 2 bolts of radiator fan assy both side safety take it out. 9. Loosen and remove the mounting nut of fan and take it out. Fitment Follow reverse procedure for assembly. G. RADIATOR REMOVAL NOTE: Drain the coolant (Refer TCS Coolant Draining procedure). ‘While draining the coolant TCS Aux. tank Cap must be in open condition’. 1. Open the bonnet of vehicle. 2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 3. Remove front bumper assembly (For procedure (refer front bumper removal procedure in body section). 4. Remove the Radiator to E-drive hose. (Refer removal procedure in E drive section). 5. Remove the hose Radiator to coolant pump. 6. Remove the mounting nut of Liquid Line Condenser to Chiller Unit.
