Loosen and remove two mounting bolts of 10. curtain air bag assembly and carefully remove the air bag assembly lugs. Follow the same procedure for other end also. FITMENT Follow reverse procedure for fitment. SIDE AIRBAG 4. Side-impact airbags are located in the seats and inflate between the seat occupant and the door. These airbags are designed to reduce the risk of injury to the occupant. ON VEHICLE SERVICE REMOVAL 1. Disconnect the electrical connector. 2. Remove the seat. (For Seat removal procedure refer Cab section.) 3. Assemble the new Seat into the vehicle. FITMENT Follow reverse procedure for fitment. NOTE Connector needs to be assemble before air bag module fitment with CCB. After fitment connect the diagnostic tool and clear fault codes, if any. NOTE Side AIRBAG cannot be removed, as the Seat Trim is not serviceable. Hence Seat has to be replaced completely. CAUTION Disconnect the battery negative lead and wait for 10 Min. NOTE Connector needs to be assemble before air bag module fitment with CCB. After fitment connect the diagnostic tool and clear fault codes, if any. SRS 25
