G. CONDENSER REMOVAL 1. Open the bonnet of vehicle. 2. Remove Aux Battery negative terminal and Put masking tape on Aux Battery negative terminal & cable. 3. Remove the Radiator to E-drive hose. (Refer removal procedure in E drive section). 4. Remove the hose Condenser to coolant pump. 5. Remove the mounting nut of Liquid Line Condenser to Chiller Unit. 6. Remove the mounting nut of Liquid Line Condenser to Compressor. NOTE Drain the coolant (Refer TCS Coolant • Draining procedure). ‘While draining the coolant TCS Aux. tank • Cap must be in open condition’. HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM (HV) 76
