Q. REAR DOOR TRIM Remove the “B” pillar trim. (For procedure refer 1. “B” pillar trim removal process.) 2. Remove electrical connection of door wiring harness. 3. Remove the check strap. 4. Open the front door, support the rear door from below and dismantle door by removing shown bolt (door side only). 5. Slowly pull out the door and pull out the wiring harness carefully which was disconnected earlier. FITMENT For fitment follow the reverse procedure of removal. NOTE Before fitting the check strap apply grease on it. Grease type (Maker, Type): KLUBER, POLYLUB 801. Regreasing interval: 6 Months or 10,000km within. NOTE For fitment bolts (Self aligning bolt) shown as 1st to be fasten first & then bolt shown as 2nd BODY 27
